We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance. The accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
3. Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
4. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
6. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
7. Assist with audits and financial inspections.
8. Provide financial analysis and support to management as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
2. CPA certification preferred.
3. Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
