Livelihood | Restoring Independence

Stability begins with the ability to earn. When income stops, families are left with no safety net.

Project LEAF supports livelihoods through a survey-based approach, where each case is assessed and a customised livelihood plan is created based on the individual’s skills, situation, and needs.

Education | Keeping Children in School

Project LEAF provides timely scholarships to families in need, covering school fees and essential education costs so children can continue learning without interruption or fear.

Food Security | Reducing the Daily Struggle

For vulnerable families—especially widows and orphans—uncertainty around the next meal creates constant anxiety.

Project LEAF addresses food insecurity through two structured interventions, implemented after a pre-survey and shortlisting of clients. All food programs are executed through Seva Kendras, ensuring dignified, community-based distribution.

Food interventions include:

• ID Food Roti Distribution – providing ready-to-eat rotis to families facing immediate food insecurity

• Monthly Ration Kits – regular ration support for widows, orphans, and families in crisis

An Impact Story

One student supported through Project LEAF lives with her grandparents, where limited income made continuing education uncertain.

Through a timely education scholarship, her school fees were covered, lifting a heavy burden from the household. Alongside this, food support helped stabilise the family, allowing her to focus on learning again with renewed confidence and motivation.
